Precautions & Construction of our Dermaroller and Needles -

You cannot use the nova derma/skin roller if:

You have a history of poor wound healing, blood problems, collagen diseases, have open cuts, wounds, sun-burnt skin, active herpes outbreaks, pustule acne lesions, or any other acute infection or inflammation of the skin, are prone to keloid scarring or have diabetes.

If pregnant, breast feeding or lactating do not use.

If you are in any doubt about the condition of your skin do not hesitate to consult your MD. Always keep the Derma Roller stored out of the reach of children.

Aspirin, Nurofen, Vitamin E and blood thinning drugs all cause increased bruising and should not be taken in the two weeks leading up to treatment.

It is recommended that the Skin Roller is not shared for hygiene reasons and the high probability of cross contamination.

Construction particulars of our Derma Roller and Needles -

 

The Nova Derma Roller contains 192 specially treated high strength, medical grade, rust less, stainless steel, quality needles, coated at -60°C. Also, its ergonomic design with grooves on the front of the grip and minute projections on its back prevents slippage during operation. Its streamlined design does not fatigue the wrist and arm even during long-time operation. Our needles have a cross lined needle arrangement method to enhance the effect. This method increases more tension on the skin and makes the roller easier to operate, providing you with amazing results. The joints are also stainless steel not plastic like others on the market.

The dermaroller roller is 2 1/2cm wide.

The strong and flexible needles have been gamma sterilized to prevent them being bent or cut. The surface has been hardened over 30 times during the refining process.

Gauge or diameter of needles. The needle of all sizes of our derma roller is tapered from the 2mm of the needle tip.
So each roller has different diameter according to the roller length as below. For example, 0.25mm roller has 0.04mm diameter and 2.5mm roller has 0.3mm diameter.
